Owned by John W Galbreath & trained by Vincent O’Brien.  Winner of 9 out of 14 races including the 1972 Epsom Derby. He secured his place in history by winning the 1972 inaugural running of what is now the Juddmonte International at York’s Ebor festival, in front of HM The Queen, so becoming the only thoroughbred to triumph over the mighty Brigadier Gerard. #4 of the York Legends Series.
