Rob at the age of 50, is an artist who is at the top of his game.

From art college and University in the late 1980s, he has carved out a reputation as one of this country’s pre-eminent figurative artists, whose portrait commissions deservedly command eye-watering prices.  His client list reads like a Who’s Who of the world of celebrity.  As a society artist he has achieved everything he could possibly hope to achieve.

However Rob’s desire to seek new artistic challenges for his prodigious talents and interest in all things equine, have led him to the world of contemporary equestrian art and the attention of Equestrian Art International.

For several months now, Rob and EAI have been working together on a number of equestrian-themed works aimed at the international market.  Some of these paintings feature legends of the turf including the unbeaten Frankel and Arrogate, twice voted the World’s Best Racehorse.  Some are of a generic nature, but all reflect a level of dynamism and beauty in equine form.
